In a free webinar series, TRAFFIQX® explains how companies can navigate the mandatory eInvoicing with confidence
The transition to structured eInvoicing (in accordance with the EU standard EN 16931, such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, or PEPPOL BIS) is not merely a technical matter—starting in 2027, it will determine a company’s ability to make payments, tax deductions, and legal compliance. Simple PDFs or invoices sent via email will no longer suffice.
What’s more, many ERP and accounting systems in small and medium-sized businesses are not yet prepared for the new requirements. Often, there is a lack of expertise, interfaces, or clear processes for structured transmission.
The TRAFFIQX® Webinar Series Provides Clarity, an Overview, and a Way Forward
What many still underestimate today will become a business-critical reality in just under 13 months: Companies that cannot send structured eInvoices risk not only legal consequences but, above all, payment delays, cash flow bottlenecks, and rejected input tax deductions.
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and providers of ERP or accounting solutions are particularly affected, as their systems are not yet capable of generating or sending eInvoices in accordance with the EU standard EN 16931. Many of them are asking themselves:
- Which formats do I need to support?
- How can the requirement be technically implemented—without a complete overhaul of my software?
- What specific roles do PEPPOL, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, or XML play?
- And what is truly legally required—and what is merely “nice to have”?
This is where the TRAFFIQX® webinar series provides clarity.
As Germany’s largest network of independent eInvoice providers, TRAFFIQX® offers in-depth, tried-and-tested knowledge straight from the source. In four free webinars, experienced specialists provide a concise overview of all relevant aspects—from legal foundations and technical requirements to practical implementation scenarios.
Members will receive:
- a clear overview of the legal landscape – what is mandatory, and what is optional?
- an overview of common formats, platforms, and transmission channels
- concrete recommendations for technical integration, such as via API
- best practices from the field: How have other companies managed the transition?
- Tips for preparing for reporting requirements, interoperability, and international standards
All content is deliberately not “legally dry” or “technically abstract,” but clearly understandable, concisely presented, and immediately actionable.
Members can ask questions live and receive personalized guidance on potential next steps. In this way, TRAFFIQX® helps companies of all sizes prepare strategically and in a timely manner—before it’s too late in 2027.
