XRechnung

XRechnung is a German standard for electronic invoicing. It is based on the European standard EN 16931 and Directive 2014/55/EU.

The standard defines both the structure and the technical composition of invoice data in an XML format. It is primarily used for invoicing with public sector institutions in Germany and enables the receipt and processing of electronic invoices across different software systems.
