KSeF

The Polish eInvoicing system Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) is a platform for the electronic issuance and receipt of invoices. The obligation to use electronic invoicing via KSeF for B2G transactions in Poland was introduced in November 2019.

In 2024, electronic invoicing is expected to become mandatory for all businesses in Poland. Taxpayers will be required to issue and receive invoices through this national eInvoicing system.
